By simply calling (02) 6964 0077 from any touch-tone phone and following the voice prompts, you can:

Check your account balances
Have your last five transactions read to you
See if funds have been credited to your account
Transfer funds between your Country First Credit Union accounts
Transfer funds to selected third party accounts
Obtain interest earned for the last financial year
Order a statement
Pay bills - use BPAY to pay bills to over 6,000 participating organisations

 

How to register for Telephone Banking?

You will need to contact a staff member of Country First Credit Union Ltd to obtain an Access Code.

How to use Telephone Banking once you're registered

Once you have accessed the system with the initial code given to you by a staff member, you should select and key in your own 4 or 6 digit Telephone Access Code.

What happens if I forget my access code?

Just call one of the member services staff who will arrange to issue you with a new access code.
