Applying for a cheque facility is simple, but please note: you first need to be a member of Country First Credit Union members. If you're not already a member you can find more information on membership here.

Print out and complete the necessary form (see below).

Return it to us:

• bring the form into your nearest branch
• mail the form to us at: 316 Banna Avenue Griffith NSW 2680

We'll get back to you with your new cheque book once it's been set up and the cheque forms printed- it's that easy!
