Trouble Logging into Internet Banking

We are sorry that you are experiencing difficulties logging into Internet Banking. Before contacting us, please ensure that you have the undertaken the following:

Internet Explorer

If you are using Internet Explorer please:

  • select the 'Tools' tab at the top of your Internet browser;
  • select 'Internet Options' from the drop down menu;
  • within the 'General' tab, click on the 'Delete Cookies' button AND the 'Delete Files' button;
  • select the 'Security' tab;
  • click on the 'Custom Level' button;
  • scroll down to the 'scripting' section; and
  • select the 'enable' radio button.

Firefox

If you are using Firefox please:

  • select the 'Tools' tab at the top of your Internet browser;
  • select 'Options' from the drop down menu;
  • select the 'Privacy' tab,
  • click on the 'Cookies' tab and select the 'Clear Cookies Now' button;
  • click on the 'Cache' tab and select the 'Clear Cache Now' button;
  • select the 'Content' tab; and
  • tick the 'Enable Javascript' option.
